D O N A T I O N S ?
A portion of proceeds from Artsy Paint sales will be donated towards mental health initiatives such as Love Your Brain Yoga, HopeSquads, or fund research to find a cure for the terminal illness Huntington’s Disease via HDSA.
Not only are you helping others, but purchases from Artsy Paint can make a difference in my personal life as I’m living with a Traumatic Brain Injury myself.
If you'd prefer to make a monetary donation instead of purchasing artwork, 100% of your donation will go towards the artist's ongoing medical expenses. Donations are greatly appreciated and once my medical expenses have been covered, I will give 100% of continuing donations to one of the listed charities. P A Y M E N T?
Payment accepted with Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, or credit card. After payment has been received, your order will be processed and then items will be shipped. If you have questions regarding ordering, please feel free to contact me on Instagram @myartsypaint
S H I P P I N G ?
Shipping is not guaranteed in time for Christmas because of holiday shipping delays. However, if your purchase is a gift and you would like to have something under the tree, contact me at myartsypaint@gmail.com.
Shipping costs cover domestic fees, packaging supplies time, labor, and storage.
Artwork will be packaged with care and shipped once it has had sufficient time to dry so it won’t be ruined during transit. Shipping, frames, and mats are not included in the listing price. You will be sent an invoice if shipping costs were more or less than the estimated shipping costs paid. (Meaning you’ll be reimbursed if shipping costs were less than you paid for).
Artwork is packaged with special care but I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages incurred once the artwork leaves my studio. Please allow extra time for shipping because of typical delays due to covid-19 and the holidays.

I am not currently offering shipping outside of the USA or Canada. However, you can still contact me if you’re interested in receiving my artwork internationally.
International Shipping Costs: My pricing does not include the border fees, duties, and handling fees that may be charged by Canada (or other international countries). The customer is responsible for paying their country’s duty/tax fees. During checkout, the shipping costs calculated are based upon your package’s weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ you will be notified via email.
C O M M I S S I O N S ?
I am not currently accepting commissions. But you will be the first to know, if you join the Artsy Paint Collectors Email.
A 50% deposit is requested before I begin painting and then the remaining 50% is due upon completion of painting. The deposit paid is non refundable but guarantees you a spot on my commissions waitlist.
I spend 4-6 months on average to paint commissions. However, if you need your commission sooner or for a specific date, please let me know. In addition to my artwork, I have a full time job and health challenges (recovering from a brain injury) so please be considerate of my time. That being said, don’t hesitate to ask and I will absolutely squeeze you in if I can.

All images of artwork (sold or otherwise) are there property of Rebecca Ashley Bishop and cannot be photographed, reproduced, or reprinted without written permission of the artist.

R E P R O D U C T I O N S ?
WHO ACTUALLY OWNS THE PAINTING?
I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. This also includes the rights to the image of digital media and artwork prints purchased. I retain the right to make REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY AND ALL ARTWORK I CREATE UNLESS THE COLLECTOR HAS PURCHASED THE FULL OR PARTIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK (this is in addition to purchasing the original).
The Collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit.
When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your painting. Some collectors choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure it will never become a print. I am totally happy to discuss that with you if you would like!
